: (1) Candidates recommended for new appointment by the Vacancy Committee shall be appointed on contract for a maximum period of two years at a time within fifteen days from the date of recommendation and notice of such appointment shall be given to the concerned candidate by speedy means.
(2) The decision of the appointment according to sub-rule (1) will be made by the chairman.
(3) If necessary to the council, the term of the staff appointed under sub-rule (1) may be extended by the council on the recommendation of the registrar not exceeding two years at a time. (4) The service conditions, facilities and period of service of the employees appointed as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in the contract.
